Kept notifying that delivery was attempted. I was home, never saw fedex. 3 alleged attempts, never saw anyone. Called and left my phone # never received any calls. 0 stars

I haven’t received my parcel yet as it was suuposed to deliver yesterday . If there would be 0 star I would give that . I even called customer caRe service still no answer . Even now it is showing pending delivery date . It was a priority parcel still they don’t care . If you have opotion please never use fed ex . I am completely disappointed by the service . I am in stress I need my parcel asap .

WTF! All of a sudden my package been delayed. I never had any problems in the past with meds being delivered. Lied about coming to my home twice when I was here, then they have problems with address. What supposed to be 2day delivery. Now going on almost 2weeks. Piss poor service! I'm dropping fedEx for good. Never again!

Parcel held in FEDEX facility for 5 days, no movement! DELIVER MY PACKAGE!

Package sat in Ottawa until the 9th of June was there on the 4th . Said it would be delivered on the 13th stayed home all day nothing came. Went on line this morning its saying it's in Dartmouth which is 3hrs from me the same status as yesterday. Called FedEx and they tell me it's been released to a 3rd party and could take another 3 to 5 days. Asked for information about 3rd party and they didn't know? With reading the reviews and now my experience with them, I don't know how they are lasting. Very unhappy with them and if I had a choice I wouldn't be dealing with them again.

Extremely disappointed with the timeliness of delivery. My package shows it has arrived in my State on June 02 and it us now June 14th and it is still sitting at the same FedEx location. This has now happened the last several times I have ordered a package that is delivered by FedEx. If I can avoid companies that use FedEx to delivery their packages in the future I will at all costs. I have never ever had these same sort of issues with UPS.

My package was never received. It stated it was delivered but it must have been delivered to wrong address. Still awaiting call back from fedex on package whereabouts. Not happy with fedex delivery in Cicero New York.

I bought something from retailer in MA on June 3, they dropped package off on June 4 to FedEx. FedEx tracking shows on 6/13, ten days later package is still in MA. Only says delayed and No ETA on delivery date. I ordered something from CT on 6/9 and UPS delivered it today, on 6/13. Wonder if my package was thrown away by FedEx driver who did not want to deliver it.

It says it was delivered but still no sign of my package. And it's extremely difficult to talk to someone for help.

Had a very very Important document sent overnight to me last Fri. It's now Monday evening at 9:30 and still NO PACKAGE. I'm glad I wasn't signing my life away.

Driver dropped off pkg. at winter drop instead of house. Even had a sign to "please deliver to house". If they don't like their job they should do something else. Will only use FedEx when there is no other option!
