This is a very bad company you never get your packages on time my packages was for overnight it's been 8 days

Pagages never arrived on time.I've been waiting all day! Package been at the same b.s. location for 15 hrs.

I don't like Fed ex some of there drivers are thieves and Fed ex will not researching customers complaints.

Says it was delivered. But looked outside twice, no package.

Very disappointed and greatly frustrated. Last weekend a delivery was made to our house. As I walked by the window of our home this is what I saw. This FedEx truck spinning their tires in our newly landscaped and seeded yard. I contacted FedEx Sunday morning (last week) made a claim and waited the customary 24-48 hours for a representative to contact me. One week later no response. Tried for an hour to get to someone who could help with the claim yesterday and all I got was the automated customer no service even with tracking number provided. The webpage only offered claims to package delivery. Over a $1000.00 of work ruined by an inconsiderate delivery driver. Very frustrating, I will be contacting local authorities and other media outlets for a resolution. I will never use or recommend FedEx for a delivery option. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY YOU CHOOSE FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME.

Haven't had one update since 5/25/2022. Package was to arrive at destination, Ketchikan, AK, 5/31/2022. This is 6/13/2022 & it's still saying "in transit" which I found out it's been LOST IN TRANSIT!! A replacement order is being processed for now...I hope.

Second time I’ve been waiting on a shipment from Rock Auto. First time fedex lost it and and rock auto sent a replacement order and I got it and two weeks after I received the replacement order the first one shows up two months late. Now my order has been sitting in Memphis Tennessee for six days and they still don’t know when they’re going to get it to me, terrible service

Don't use fedex. Worst service no response. My parcel not deliver yet.

My prescriptions where mailed out on Thursday. Today is Monday and still nothing!!!!! I called pharmacy and they said they were mailed out by Fed Ex Home delivery. She gave me tracking number, I tracked it and said it was delivered Friday. MONDAY AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED! TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED, WITH FED EX!!!!!! NOW WHAT CAN I DO!! SUFFER!!!! FED EX, CHECK YOUR DRIVER YOU SUPPOSEDLY DIVERED MY MEDS AND SEE WHERE HE LEFT THEM OR TOOK THEM!!! TERRIBLE!!!
