I unfortunately had a disgraceful service over two weeks. My parcel came from the US and was returned due to complete incompetence then almost happened again. No one was answering the questions except a virtual assistant. I could not get answers to basic questions like - how do I pay the customs to get my parcel delivered. Then, when someone phoned out of the blue - I didn’t trust them but was so desperate, I paid the customs. Thankfully they were real. No questions answered about a receipt as I need one for claiming back £800 I paid to get my parcel here. Hours spent on the phone, the stress was enormous - and I’ll never have anything to do with FedEx again

I was originally supposed to get my package on Friday which was the 10th it is the 12th now and although it is only 2 days late and it is probably gonna be even more late after reading these other reviews this the only delivery service that has ever actually caused me an inconvenience try not to use fed ex honestly

I've always had very good service from fed ex , they make sure my package is delivered undamaged and placed in safe place, it's this only package that has taken a month or more to deliver, otherwise I have no complaints, do thank the delivery persons, except for this package I'd give 4 stars

Reading the other review's they say late and no communication but had no problem with that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday but they called me Sunday morning with concerns of getting in and out of my place and package was delivered by 12:00 on Sunday I give him five stars so they did deliver a good communicate and it was just priorities but they delivered in wo days

My delivery address and in my account for Options for the driver unworthily your package clearly States to leave my package on my back door not my front door. . They always put it on my front door where it can get stolen I've called multiple times to talk to a manager from the the location close to me And he has never ever called me back. They say that they are putting notes in my account to make sure this never happens again but then my next delivery it happens again . I wish companies would allow you to select your delivery company lol
