Always delivered Wrong address

Very unreliable. Does not deliver when they say they will. If you have a choice don't use FedEx.

I am not very happy right now because FedEx has either lost my order from savory spices. What should have been first delivered on the 6th got pushed back to Thursday the 10th not is stuck in Missouri. I want what I ordered no later then Tuesday

For now it gets 3 star's . I still have not got my package yet but when I do I'll give 5 star's and if not will then 1 star

Poor service, delivery date been and gone and no package and no communication about when it will now be delivered. Appalling service.

they make their own delivery address. they do not follow or look at the place properly.

Supposed to have 2 day shipping. I was pretty excited to receive my package. Spent all day waiting for it to show up and at 7:20pm they delayed it. I spent the whole day doing nothing because it required a signature. Package was delayed for a day, then I checked in the afternoon and it said it would show up in 3 more days. Got fed up and picked the package ip myself. There wasn’t a person in the fedex building for about 10 minutes. Told the fedex employee that finally showed up that that my package was in this building and I wanted to pick it up. The dude comes back with a mangled box and the thing I bought was damaged.

Got to wait three four sometimes five extra days before I get my package

My package was shipped from VA to TX. 3 days after it was shipped the tracking said it was out for delivery. It did not get delivered. The next day it said it was out for delivery. It did not get delivered. The next day it said it was in Ohio HUH??? How did it go from VA to out for delivery in TX on 2 different days to being in being in Ohio? I called FedEx to ask what the heck was going on. The lady who I talked to barely spoke English and had no answer for me. All she could say was "I don't know" "I don't know". Needless to say it took almost 2 weeks for my package to be delivered. I have another package that was supposed to be delivered today and now the tracking says it's 250 miles from here and there is an "Delivery Exception". I googled what this means and there were 7 or 8 reasons for this but only 2 would apply to this situation and those reasons are label damage or damaged package. I am so angry right now. FedEx sucks and I have no control over what shipping companies the senders use

Way to many times has my pkg not been delivered but said it was or it’s be delivered to different address I’m so disgusted I pay for delivery it should come to my door I think there’s something going on here

I entered my tracking number , got no results

1 pkg. Was delivered today, 1day late. Now 1more pkg 1day late has NOT been delivered in the same zip code. I will never recommend FedEx. Don't promise what you can't DELIVER!!!!!
