  • Terrible service. Paid almost$300 to ship to Italy first class. Took 3 times as long as they said. Then to pick up, wanted $220 government fees that I was not told about. Never ever again!! Being shipped back. And I I have to pay another @$100 to pick it back up. Totally ridiculous

  • Seriously guys - don’t play with people parcels - deliver in hand and don’t show delivered when it is not ! Contact numbers are useless in UK and tracking a shipment is a nightmare

  • FedEx is very poor at staying in touch with the customer and honestly it’s more of a surprise if I get my parcel on time.. FedEx has lost a package of very important documents that had slid behind a shelf For three days they claimed. This current shipment they are giving me no updates on its location enroute. If I have a choice on shipping I never check FedEx..

  • Asked for parcel to be left in safe place as I was at work. Although wife at home, no delivery driver arrived at address although I received notification of successful delivery. Arrived home....no parcel or calling card....parcel missing although delivered....!!!

  • I drove 45 miles to Dalton office and went in and give them my package with postage paid for delivery on the 26th of April and I have the tracking number and I have looked it up on the tracking of package and it does not tell me anything just trying to find if it made it to the place in canton,MA and left email for them to keep me updated on the delivery of it but so far nothing at all it has been four days now and I don't even know if it has moved at all so far this is not looking good them I should have just used the post office they keep me informed when I have a tracking number updates every day so the next time I will not be using them any more and if I don't know anything by Monday they need to pay me for the valve of the package .and yes I have called the place to where it should be going to and they said they have not got it yet .
