Worst company I've ever had to deal with. No accountability. Make up excuses to cover for their mistakes. Never on time.

Impossible 3 Parcels from Poland to Germany were send via Plane instead of Truck. Than delayed - meanwhile the fifths day - at the Airport. & Now tracking lost the third parcel. Unbelievable If you call FedEx - you got an other Answer each Time.

To sum it up. Unreliable. Pay outrageous amount of money to ship items and takes forever for them to be received. I ordered pants from Tommy Bahama, took 6 weeks to receive. Tommy Bahama refunded my money and told me to keep the pants. Second time I ordered from Tommy Bahama took a month. Both times Tommy shipped items out in 24 hours and showed received by FedEx. Waiting for a package from Edgartown, MA. Was shipped on 6/3. I just checked FedEx website and the package has not left their facility yet and it is 6/11.

Lost a break caliper from damage box. Horrible service

Have been waiting for a next day delivery for two days when the package is less than 2 miles away. I literally am down the street from the distribution center.

Typical lying company.. I did not receive my delivery as stated. I have been home all morning. Maybe you need to pay your delivery people so they stop stealing packages. THIEVES!!

They never deliver package on time and gives you false updates

My package left Palmetlo Florida on 5/27/22. Today is 6/11/22 and since it left there its visited six states, twice in my state of Arizona. At one point it was about an hour away. Then it left my state and headed to Minnesota then back down to Kansas then New Mexico. Oh yes after visiting Florida I forgot to mention it saw Texas. Now supposedly it's in Chandler AZ. What a ride for two pair of men's shorts.

My Review if for Pennington branch 08534, employee was very rude and not professional at all, doesn’t like to help at all, o went there for my fedex return and I asked him to print out label, so he wants me to connect my device to his printer and somehow it’s not connected, so he suggest me to go at Walgreens , so they can do that for me, but I know there is an email that you can send it to fedex and they can print out labels for you, but this employee seems to be very busy with his private thing in computer, doesn’t pay attention to my fedex return thing, please hire some professional, smart and helpful people into Pennington location, this employee was very rude and seems like he doesn’t know anything or either he doesn’t wants to help for anything, I have to run all the way to Lawrenceville Fedex , their my all thing got resolved thanks to there employee Aaron was very helpful, but at Pennington employee I like to give him ‘0’

Went to Lawrenceville Princeton Nassau location, employee name Aaron helped me, and he is very professional and helpful, fedex should hire more employee like him into every location, because where I live @ Pennington that fedex branch has very rude and lazy employee !!

FedEx is horrible on delivering. If you have more than one package on an order you may get I package one day and another days later. I got an order that was a liquid and the box was smashed and ruined other items in the box. Fedex is a HORRIBLE shipping company!!!!!

Made it to local terminal only to be labeled as undeliverable. Sent back. But if they have my info to send me notice. They also have my info to deliver. Why send back?
