Third package i have used FedEx with and third time late!! Never will i use FedEx again!!!

Fedex is the slowest carrier in the whole United States, when tracking you see the package stays in a location for a long time. Every time Amazon uses this service is a disaster. Don't know how is still on business.

A terrible run company paid for two day delivery it is now six days they said they can’t find it what’s the use of the tracking number when you can’t track anything

I’m so upset with FedEx!! They completely dropped the ball and then didn’t take responsibility!! I ordered live feeders for our pets and paid for guaranteed 2 day shipping! FedEx did not get them on the truck to be delivered and then wanted me to drive over an hour away to pick them up because they do not deliver on the weekends??!!! So know my LIVE feeders are sitting at FedEx and will not be delivered till Monday because I don’t have a way to pick them up. And they will most likely be dead so I’m out $50 in feeders and $20 in shipping and then still have to reorder new feeders.

They never deliver on time and most of the time they say operational delay but they can't find my home and don't even give me a call so I can give them directions

Every time I have a delivery from fedex, they never deliver when the tracking says..then it comes the next day after Im told it will come. My extend ypur drivers hour or educate them on doing there job correctly. Your drivers are lazy and inconsiderate

Wasting my life waiting for the same package says out for delivery all day then changes at night after waiting all day always an issue with fedex

They mark stuff as delivered and they never deliver

I'm contacting the Oak Park FedEx post first thing Monday morning, I had three packages coming 6/10 which included an internet essentials computer. Funny how I received two packages one of those NOT being my computer. There were at least five people, including my building manager, that saw driver hand me one shirt sized, package, the other held a couple bottles of lotion. He couldn't get away from me fast enough which seemed odd, then I decided to track the computer and it said 'delivered' funny how the two packages were marked as delivered and the computer tracking number said "Left at the door, no signature required. That's not the beginning of it. There's a LOT more. For example, I found the confirmation email number from around 4/23, which I didn't pay attention to the first time because it was a month wait. I tracked a totally different number which said the first computer was delivered somewhere from Independence, Ky to Labanon TN I live in Michigan. There's something shady going on here. Because you're only allowed to purchase one, so how did someone in TN get a computer that I paid for and the second one, the delivery person did NOT tell truth, he drove away with my computer. I have proof of everything, or I definitely would not be saying these things. Something doesn't add up and I'm going to find out. There's also fraud if computers in my name are being sent to someone out of state. I'm VERY ticked off and disgusted by the whole thing. I would gladly face that delivery driver, he knows he DID NOT leave it at the door. People where there in the lobby and witnessed it.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered did not receive the first one I tracked it said delivered on June 3rd to my front door it wasn't there notified the company package not delivered reorder was made should have been delivered on the 3rd day and I did not receive it once again.Something is going on with FedEx where is my package? Very poor service

Was worried with all the negative feedback on here.. but parcel came next morning on schedule, no problems. Tracking the parcels status and location is slow to updated or amended.. but manageable. Happy with the service

Awful and disrespectful! Not sure why any respectful company would deal with this shipping option.
