  • Sent out 4 packages on the same day. 2 to arrive 4/27 and 2 to arrive 4/28. 1st box package recd 4/27. Great. 2nd box package recd today 4/28. The letter ones I sent out to 2 different states, set to arrive on 4/27 are sitting in Texas. Had I known this was going to be a nightmare, I would have driven to NJ & WV to hand deliver myself!! You use to be the best!! What happened!!!!

  • My wife was informed this morning that her heirloom wedding ring that belonged to my grandmother origonaly was stollen off the truck that should have been locked up at all times. Needless to say that we are both devestated by the loss.

  • Any time I order anything and find out that the company uses FedEx, I feel anxiety because I know that the chances of timely delivery is very rare and FedEx don't update their delays in their tracking system in any useful amount of time. Horrible.

  • Its terrible I have lost business do to delivery. U should be able get big item directly to ur front door without calling. Who delivers a bed an mattress to a hub. What's the point of delivery if u have to transport it to ur own door.

  • If I could give a negative number I would. Got a postcard saying pkg had wrong address. Undeliverable. Funny thing ....the address on my postcard was perfect. Go figure! Calling customer service to clarify lead me to 3 calls, 2 voicemails and now an email to the CEO. Incompetent employees

  • They always seem to go past me while delivering a package an now it's keep saying scheduled next business day what their next business to them 1 week? Cause next business delivery when it's less then an hr away if that it just give it to mail man maybe I'll see it faster
