FedEx is the worst in the shipping business!

FedEx didn't leave my package two day in row say incorrect address when it is correct and my detailed directions was easy enough that a blin person could find and follow not mention today's technology.standards to raised at this company plain and simple ,UPS I never have a problem with.

Never had good experience. Need to let UPS take them over.

On 6/9/22 they were supposed to deliver my package "by days end" but did not happen, tried tracking it on 6/10/22. The first time said it was on postal truck, but didn't arrive at PO, 2nd time USPS (no idea why USPS) says they don't have it. Found this site and says it's on FedEx truck to be delivered. Not the first time having this happen with FedEx. This is BS. Last time they left it in front of my garage door of which there are 2 doors instead of in between the 2 doors, almost ran over it.

Said package was out for delivery 3 days in a row. 6/8,6/9,6/10. Nothing yet. Truck stopped on Wednesday and Thursday but they didn't take anything off the truck ? you can't get to talk to a real person

Terrible service the delivery marks one day and here it marks that it is still in another state it had already happened to me that I ordered something and it took 3 days later to arrive that the date that indicated that they were afraid to deliver I will not order anything that is sent by this company again

I've been waiting and waiting and waiting while my pkg has been going back & forth between Indy & Independence KY. I am not impressed!

The driver I have is absolutely stupid. He leaves my deliveries at the gate & not the at my door. Yes...the gate is open!!!

Fedex leave perishable lying in a depot for more than a day, instead of delivering them when they should have. Their service is pathetic.

Fed ex is some bs. Said my package was delivered today at 10:52 am. No package ? and no signs of anyone on my cameras. This is impacting my business. Are they stealing packages?

No specific time and date to deliver Incorrect information. They don’t put in the nearest area of fedex location to pick up. Inconvenient to the costumer. The costumer service by phone not speak clearly give an address right he speak the wrong number in the address. It’s seems it’s a joke to them.

For some reason package has shipped to England then Ireland instead of just being delivered straight up to Scotland makes no sense

FedEx drivers frequently do 40 plus mph up and down our dead-end street, we've asked them to slow down to no avail. Last week they ran over our soccer ball as my son chased it into the street. Took them 60ft before they stopped. Thank God my son stopped when I yelled to him. Called to complain and was reassure that they'd go over it in their weekly safety meeting... not very comforting, would like management too have taken my child's life and the security/safety of my community more seriously.

I would put 0 if I could. Very bad job. This is the worst delivery ever. My package has been in the same place for 6 days and nothing has changed. When I receive this, they do not respond to my request. This is the third time FedEx has delayed my package by almost a week. Last time I didn't receive my parcel on time and went on vacation. After the parcel was delivered, it stood for several days near the door in the rain. We pay money for terrible service, they can't guarantee delivery on time.
