This is one of worse delivery service. One month ago DSW shipped a package to me and still waiting on it. ?

Never came! My package never came!

Don't count on FedEx being on time . They don't care about the customer they just about the money. They proved it by being late .

Fedex is lazy with updating the tracking info.

I have never seen a such worst thing than fedex because they do whatever they like. Their customer service is 100% garbage. Each representative had their own story. All they do is excuses. My package was supposed to be here in three days and it’s been more than 15 days. Now it’s being taken back to Dubai. ?? I wish I could rate this less than a zero.

Delivery Driver needs to learn the difference between North and South

Terrible, can’t count on the estimated delivery date if the item is going through Georgia. I have had three items shipped to me using FedEx this year. Two were lost in Georgia, one required a reshipment, the other was finally found a week after it went missing and the third one was delivered to the wrong address. Also, sent on item to Biloxi and this item required a signature from my sister-in-law but was delivered to an individual who spoke no English and the package was reported as signed for by my sister-in-law. Took a supervisor to go pick up the item and hand deliver it to her. How are they still in business?

Package was fedex overnight on Monday and has not been delivered. Should be reimbursed.
