I don't think you have any customer service in mind. You expect me to wait at my house for 24-48 hours for you to deliver a package. That's totally unacceptable.

They aren't very observing at address numbers on the house I'm very upset.i I paid 31 dollars for a 2 day delivery twice and both times the package didn't. Arrive at my house. Now a very important package is lost. I'll never use fedex again

They given me time before 18.00 today 09.06.2022 but still waiting package

It says package handed to customer. NOT. I was home all day and it says it was delivered at noon. Called Walmart and was rold to check my lobby, neighbors, friends, front office and my hallway. Why would I check all these things if it says HANDED TO CUSTOMER??????

The drivers are exceptionally lazy, and can't be bothered to put packages on my porch. They always leave them just inside the gate, rain or shine, and in full view of anyone driving by. UPS ALWAYS puts packages on my porch.

Haven't had FedEx deliveries much but they were very quick and courteous.

Love to use FEDEX to sent my package ever where. They treat the package kindly. Highly recommend!.

Tracking doesn't work. Where is my package ?

I took my package to fed ex on may 28th 2022 I just tracked the package..it's showing that it's sitting at a fed ex facility in Ohio as of June 1st..today is June 9th..I'm so confused on why it's still sitting there for so long!!!!

Keep delivering to the wrong house

This is the third package FedEx has delivered to the wrong address. My address is clearly visible on my house yet they keep delivering my stuff two houses down or across the street. Never have this problem with ups.
