My package was suppose to arrive Thursday and it's been a wk and they haven't arrived. Really devastated because my sister missed her immigration interview cause her paper work never arrived to juarez.

Day number three and have said attempted to deliver but they have not...don't like being lied to

The worst delivery system ever. Never delivers when they say....always running late.. by 5 days. Don't know why any one uses this company anymore horrendous customer service department too. Never can answer why so late all the time

My package has been delayed 3 times enreroute to me It is now less than 10 miles from me and it's still delayed. I will never purchase at this retailer again in fear FedEx will play games with my order and not get it to me on time. It 3+ days late now.

Package ended at wrong destination (wrong country) and no update since 10.days ago

Very slow service. Very hard to talk to somebody at customer service. Updates not good.

No Service in india at all, package delayed , unable to contact anyone here. Also they are closed on Sundays and any holiday.

Package says delivered but never arrived

Sitting in Phoenix for 3 days. The company my package was coming from said it would be delivered on Wednesday didn’t arrive. Then they said Saturday didn’t arrive now it is Tuesday.

When ya order something a month ago and they don't update we're your package is

Had a large box sent to my residence IN ERROR, meaning the shipper did NOT confirm the correct destination address. I called FedEx 6 (SIX) times for pick up back to the shipper. It only took a month and a half to get the package out of my life! If it were any other person, they would've tossed or kept the package with the goods!

I been waiting a month on my package!!! I can't see why Samsung use these guy's!!!

We received a package that was not ours. I called Fedx that evening gave them the tracking number my name and address. They said it would be picked up in 24 hours, well that didn’t happened so I called again and they said it will be picked up the next day. Well it’s now been 48hours and still at my house and I have been home for 48 hours. So now I am tossing it in the garbage because it had Persia blue in it from nutrisystem fedx is a joke.
