fedex shows my order as delivered to my front door on June 08 2022 at 1:38 p.m. I was home all day waiting for this package it was not delivered and as of today June 9th 8:45 A.M. this package has not been delivered

Driver delivered a package yesterday and handed it to me and was the wrong package so i told him it wasn't mine (the address for it was about 5 miles away)so he looked at me like i didn't know what i was talking about so then he proceeded to hand me another package that happened to be from Omaha steaks that wasn't mine either. I told him again that wasn't mine. I ask him was he sure he had something for me and he didn't really give an answer. Do then he picked up another package and i asked him where was the package for me coming from and his answer was "I don't know. The packages are in the truck when i get there." Then he picks up a package and reads the address and said this isn't yours and i said yes it is that's where you are right now. What really annoys me about this the most is if i hadn't meet him at the truck he would have left some really expensive food at my house for someone else and it would have said it was delivered when someone tracked it. I would definitely have taken it to the rightful address myself but my point is this guy didn't have a clue not even close to clue what he was doing. I was in the freight business for 45 years so I'm pretty knowledgeable on how this works and that's the reason I'm writing this unbelievable (to me) review. I have my opinions on the reasons behind this but personally if you really want professional service you need to use UPS. I have another delivery soon and i hope it comes to me and not someone else.

2 weeks to deliver a package and now in the tracking said that it's return to sender. Why?? They don't contact me or try to deliver. Bad service I prefer USPS!???

Fed Ex is a joke. Everytime a package is suppose to be delivered, it is the same tired excuse. "Delivery Pending". I told the merchant company from now on please have UPS deliver my packages.

Excellent service the driver handled the package with care. He did an excellent job, i just wanted to say you thank you the driver.

Fedex is the worst courier company ever! On Wednesday before the long weekend, a parcel weighing only 2 kg was supposed to be delivered, but the courier was so tired at 12:30 that he put it in front of the door to the block, took a photo of the parcel and wrote that there was no one at home and I recorded the whole situation by phone from the window on the 2nd floor. Then the courier took the package and threw it back on the car like garbage !!! Fedex descends on dogs with the quality of its services. The film has already hit the network in a week and has almost 400,000 views. I do not greet the skinny little courier

Well I will let you guys know whether the service is good or not I sent a package to Mexico and they were supposed to receive it today at 3:17p.m. their time and its5:55 p.m. their time and nothing yet. Tracking says still in transit. Cost me $258 dollars to ship 2 shirts and a ball cap. Ridiculous
