Awesome ? package delivered right as scheduled great service!!!

Every package that is sent through fed ex is days late every time and the last two times the packages showed up smashed up with boot prints all over the boxes

9 days later and still waiting on this last package to arrive. Why is it taking for freaking ever??

Seems like every time i get something shipped fed ex it is at least a day late. My last package arrived today 5 days late no way to run a business. Fed ex said weather exempt (?) but a second pkg from same company arrived on time…. go figure.

I was told my parcel was delivered but did not receive it

It says my ? is delivered last Friday no package as of yet

I paid to have a package delivered over night a d it's been four days now and I'm just finding out that they sent it back to the sender because it had the wrong address but I call to confirm the address and its definitely the right address

Not good service at all. I suppose to pick up my delivery from pharmacy.then latter some One else sign up the package I'm not sure who ?????????????

Ordered something a week ago was supposed to get it yesterday but they couldn’t find my apt number then was set for today but now it’s delayed till tomorrow… let’s see what tomorrows excuse is…..

I have had so many packages with a delivery date that is missed by days. Just recently I order from Omaha steaks, the driver not only violated the rule of not ringing the doorbell when you drop the package off, but I’m here in Palm Springs in 100° heat and when I open the box everything had melted. When I called Omaha steaks it turns out the package was two days late. I also can’t order wine from WSJ because they use FedEx and the wine will cook as it sits in their trucks for days on end.

I have never in my entire life received such horrible horrible horrible customer service. I talked to 18 people with fedex today not one person could help me I just kept getting passed on and passed on 3 of the representatives 1 just hung up on me and 2 of the others put me through to a service service system which was ultimately just hanging up on me be cause you take the survey you're done they hang up. It's fed ex for God's sake 1 of the largest corporations in the world . My package was never delivered I paid the fee they did not deliver the service all I want is a call tag so that they can try to deliver the package again

Lost a package no information

Is it the new norm for everyone? “FedEx can’t deliver the package because no one home to receive the package ” they delivered so many packages and why different now? I didn’t request signature anyway.
