Keep saying thy try to deliver to my house never once there truck in my block

Ref: 273613936069. The seller says FedEx cannot find our house which is ridiculous. We receive dozens of packages each week.

My orders are always late or the date of delivery is changed 1or 2 times before I get my package. Only good thing is my boxes still look okay when I get them.

Your company is the worst!! I refuse to buy anything that I pay the shipping and it ships by you!!!!!

Still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. Tracking info has said is out for delivery 3 times now.Neither FedEx or the shipper has made sure the package is delivered. FedEx VERY UNRELIABLE!!!

Rural address. Tracking states left at gated driveway. I don’t have a gated driveway. Lazy is what the driver was!!! The driver couldn’t be bothered to come up the driveway at 3:00 in the afternoon and at least put the 2 boxes by my garage door but instead left it out by my road for anyone to just take it!!! Bad service! It’s always an issue with FedEx!

WTF? From being a leader in the industry to being a loser. Delivery guaranteed for June 6.Not here now saying June 11. Needed to shoot commercial early on the 7 th. No delivery.

If I could give a zero I would. I’ve watched a driver just toss my package onto my porch. The last 2 packages delivered have been damaged…. Both with food to feed my family. Todays box was so damaged that the top was open and did inside was damaged/leaking all over the box. Awful service!
