Called FedEx claimed my package was one place. Yet store is tracking and closed something else. Then get and email stating you came by which I know is a damn lie. Delivery says today but yet nothing. If it's not here by the end of the day I'll be calling back and people won't like what comes from my mouth!

Sometimes won't knock the door and leave a note saying no one was at residence even though there was someone waiting for the package.pls we don't have time to go running to a fedex store to retrieve our packages..even if there isn't anyone there leave the package at the apartment door..

10 days after they received my package and it is still not delivered!

This is the 5th time i use frdext and pribably be the last time Always loose the package I pay to much for over night and keep been late or missing the package

Terrible service. Had to actually bring to a FedEx dealer, after we paid for home pick up. Terrible phone communication. Can we trust the shipment?

I don't understand why you would pick up a package that is addressed to a address you don't deliver to. Should have never been picked up. Check the address first. If you don't deliver it the address refuse the pickup. But that is not what you did. Instead you pick up my package then decided you couldn't deliver it to the address sent it to Nevada somewhere to sit there inconveniencing me for 4 days the worst service ever.

Terrible customer service on the phone for myself, a stroke patient with vision loss and hearing loss. No sound indication that anyone is on the phone. Poor service for a costly pick up!

I absolutely hate fedex. They don’t actually give you a chance to get the package. They rather you pay to get it back. I’ve been home but they claim I wasn’t.

Don't waste your time looking for answers ! (Why because they don't have an answer) sad why too operate a business .. Good luck

Your drivers / personel do not read the information for delivery other delivery options 3 times this has happen recorded on camera where they did not go to the address across the street requested. finally I have requested a vacation hold and the delivery will be made june 8th. WAY TO GO BRANDON!!! I would appreciate a response as to WHAT HAPPEN!!!!!

Why do I keep getting these emails supposedly FedEx stating that they've been at my residence to deliver my package, but no one was at home. So then I put my tracking # in and it's showing that it's in Newton NC which that's not far from where I live. I'm just in the next it's been stating that same message for 3 days. Where is my package? Did you all lose it? Makes no sense!!!

Take if forever to delivery . Still waiting for my package and in one week still showing that the package still in the facility .
