I’m happy to receive my package from the Philippines in good condition. Fedex tracking is so useful that I was able to monitor my goods whereabouts. There’s a bit of a delay with custom clearance.

Always late, can't depend on stated delivery times

The most irresponsible people. Even that we pay extra to get our packages on time they just don’t care about their customers.

I had a package that’s supposed to arrive on the 3rd and it never came

Today , it was showing they delivered my parcel. But I did not receive my parcel. Even I checked my camera. They are not delivered the parcel at correct place. What I don’t know why they are showing they delivered the item. I will never trust on the fedex.

It’s shows my parcel is delivered but I didn’t get my parcel I am all day at home

Fed ex has been okay up until this year. I was suppose to receive a package that needs a signature. Suppose to b here by 8 pm. I called they changed date and now say 2 days from now. But are unable to tell me what happen. Or why they gave me wrong date. So frustrated.

Was Supposed to have a package delivered today with no signature required but yet it said that my package could not be delivered because nobody was here to sign for yet called FedEx customer service and it is in there that I do not have to sign for my package was home all day nobody ever came to my house so the driver just didn't want to deliver my package which is very sad because that is your job that is what you get paid for so FedEx drivers do your job packages like you're supposed to for the one that do good job keep up the great work for the ones that don't you shouldn't be a FedEx driver you need to be fired like the one that was supposed to deliver my package needs to be FIRED because that means FedEx is paying the driver for nothing what a freaking lazy bum FedEx again fire fire

Third time a package was not delivered after it said it was. Drivers are either thief's or stupid.

They delivered package to a completely wrong city!

Would not have anything shipped fedex if I didn’t have to. If you try to track a package, no one knows where it is or when it actually will be delivered. You can only get info from some automated service

My package was delivered, but not to my address. And they signed over the package to someone who is not the name on the package. So now I’m out a package that shouldn’t have gone to Illinois (I’m in South Dakota). Thanks FedEx driver.
