Sent a package from Eureka Springs, Arkansas on Tuesday May 31 to my brother in Olathe, KS. It was to be delivered to my brother on Thursday June 2. Using their tracking feature, it next showed up at a fedex facility in NEW JERSEY!!!! Apparently it’s on its way back to Olathe. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow; one week after arriving in Olathe. And of course you can’t actually talk to a human for an explanation. ??

Had the same message. Tried to deliver but business was closed. I am not a business. I have been working from home all day and the front door was open! The parcel is already a week late. Very poor

It's funny how Fed Ex was tracking my package, with the number given. But now, on the supposed day of delivery, they don't have that Tracking Number, linking to the package?

Package is apparently lost in the system It was already late because Fed Ex did not pick it up from the pharmacy as they were supposed to do. It's heart medicine and if I don't get it in time, I could have another heart attack and die. Thanks to Fed Ex. (As far as I'm concerned you should not get any stars)

It will be the fault of Fed Ex, they did not pick up when they were supposed to and now it's apparently list in the system. Thanks a lot.

No real time update and drivers don’t even have the courtesy to ring your doorbell and notify you that your package has arrived. They just drop off your package and leave it for others to steal it, what’s the purpose of ordering any spending your money to just have them delivery it without notifying the customer that they have arrived. FedEx y’all need a better system!!

My package has been going back and forth to Sacramento, CA for 5 days. Delivery is in Fresno, why isn't it leaving Sacramento!

Sorry, one star would be to great a rating for FedEx's P poor handling of packages. I had a package shipped to me out of Indianapolis on 5-25-22, here it is ten days in transit, somewhere in Mississippi. Note, I only live 85 miles S of Indianapolis.

Delivery on time

This is unacceptable what is FedEx doing

Parcel sent from CA.Arruved Fedex Woodbridge Station on May 26 but up to June 6 still receiving tracking update that delivety was delayed due to clearance delay. Just don't understand why parcel already arrived Toronto Woodbridge Fedex Station and still needs custom clearance process. Isn't the custim clearance should be done at States/Canada border? This reason of delay delivery is totally an excuse.

Shipper said June 6 - 8....FedEx steps in and says June 4th, then June 5th and now June 6th. I get it things happen but don't get expectations up saying that and not " delivering"

According to information I received from Arlington TX I suppose to received my package on Friday up till now I don't know whereabouts of my package
