Said there was attempt to deliver. I was home and waiting with many cameras around house. Called to report it. Now my tracking says A delivery attempt was made every day along it entire route. At first after calling they erased the delivery attempt off the tracking shortly after call. They said it would be notes on driver and they would send them back out right away. If they don’t make it today, then tomorrow by 8:30pm. Still never came. Maybe today hopefully. I think they may be retaliating since my call. What a horrible company. Ordering from any business that uses this shipping company, I will not do business with anymore. After this review I assume I something will happen to my package broken/lost/

This morning at 10:00 AM made a pick up order. The system said would pick up the package within 3 hours. Finally the package was picked up at 5:04 PM. Very disappointed

My package was supposed to arrived 2 days ago, but it still hasn't arrived. I received multiple text saying it held up @ at one facility.

FedEx is the worst company for shipping.

Literally the worst deliver system in the United States. Lose packages, always a delay, never accurate times, no updates on packages.

Recieved a message from amazon that attempt delivery of my package but business was closed. This is a home not business. I do not "close" I have a ring bell and camera so no one showed. Called and was told they see different info on their computer. No attempted delivery was made... the notification was to let me know they got package... so fed ex likes to confuse customers and make them call for no reason ugh

At 5:45pm said package was delivered at 5:56pm didnt realize time travel was possible into future. Then called it supposingly was delivered at 2 :45 signed by someone no-one knows who. 2 days later says it was delivered to front desk... Every time fed ex delivers its an issue

I ordered my cleats from Nike and they’re not here

My package was suppose to be delivered in 1 June 2022. I couldn't track it until I started making calls everywhere to identify where exactly it was. As I speak, it has not been delivered.

Your service was so bad, I definitely not use again. I return a parcel to underarmour online, 24 hours service took you nextly 2 weeks to deliver that’s absolutely shocking.

Arrived London Gatwick 4 days ago duty And taxes paid and still not moved not happy

Ordered tires. Suppose to be here on Friday. Said they were out for delivery on Saturday. Woke up Sunday being notified that they were delivered at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night. No tires at my house. Called and they said they had to be m.i.a for 48 hours before they would try to find them. Awful customer service. Needed the tires for a Saturday trip.. guess we prolly won't make the next one either.
