9 days now at the FedEx counter now in Guanghzou, still not delivered yet. Is just a letter, what is all this fus about!?

Very upset my Brother had real Hawaiian Leis, that he bought for my Granddaughter for her graduation ceremony. He had paid extra to have them delivered for Friday June 3rd in time for Graduation night June 4th. They never arrived as promised and now when they do get to us, they will be ruined and dead ??.

Showing my package delivered to TN I have no idea why it would be delivered there. My address is clearly marked Wichita Kansas. Very time sensitive delivery. I have not received any updates on my package. Would've given 0 if an option.

Worse by far have any delivery service I've ever ever had delivered they by far are the worst customer service in the world and by far the worst delivery service in the world it's pathetic and I will never ever recommend you for anything or anybody in that I know in this lifetime by far you guys are the worst delivery service in the world and I will be up there at your delivery place in the morning for my package that says refusal that was not refused by me and I will probably end up in jail because you guys are retarded

terrible my order has been close and they take it away again and constantly change the delivery date very dissatisfied with this service it has already happened to me several times

I ordered my package on may 26th and today is now June 4rh and still nothing when I call they give me the run around and it’s always the senders fault not FedEx themselve! Terrible customer service and would not ever recommend!

never received my package

My bell rang by the time I get to the door the delivery person left.I paid$40 for overnight delivery. My package entails a check to go to my home country for a burial. I called 10 times minutes after for a redelivery.On each occasion I was told we submitted a request. It's more than 24hrs now. I was hung up on no remorse.I was told that I should come to the office which is out of reach or wait for Monday. I am scheduled to leave for the funeral tomorrow, which will be held on Monday. Now my family member won't be able to be buried on Monday. I have to cancel my flight. Isn't this a shame.

My package was supposed to be delivered June 3. But the bar code could not be read. So I never got package. I keep trying to find status but all I get is the runaround. No definite answer or help

I lost out on two medical deliveries due to damage by the driver on the first delivery (that driver tossed the package out of the truck into the street breaking the glass vile inside), and so I requested a second delivery with a required signature so that the driver would be forced to bring it to the door. The driver never brought it to the door or left a notice as required. They just said they attempted. I have cameras on my property that showed no truck ever coming onto my property. Each prescription costs me $3k. I have another delivery scheduled for Monday as the prescription must be refrigerated and will go bad by them storing it in a warehouse until Monday. I plan to sue if the third delivery does not make it to my home. My brother (also my lawyer) says we should sue anyways since the first damaged delivery already caused me to be hospitalized for two days. At this point Fedex has cost me 18 thousand dollars by their inability to make a simple delivery. If the next delivery does not make it I will be suing for $21k.

I would give zero stars but it wasn't an option they altered there tracking info after I called and complained then they delayed package several days after paying over 50 dollars to get it here this company is horrible and any merchant I use from now on if they ship FedEx I will not do business with them anymore
