These guys are constantly awful. From delivering to the complete wrong address to marking it as delivered but failing to actually deliver until days or weeks later. Terrible terrible company. So many lost packages and headaches.

Package of 1lb document sent since mid May is still yet to be delivered as at June 1. At a point tracking was lost. Red star/FedEx staff Nigeria worsen the situation with uncorrelated information about document. That was if your call was even picked at all. In all it was a bad experience.

If I could give this place a zero, count on it I would. My order is getting very very late and they don't even know where it's at. I didn't like this company when I was young but I thought I would try it out one more time. Absolutely a huge mistake. It won't happen again.

Been waiting since early April this is now June 1 and still haven't received my shipment. Try to call without results. Still sitting in Indiana and I live in Leitchfield, Ky. Very disappointed. No rating..

Box is always crushed or has holes in them. And delivery person always leaves them in my yard or on top of the car parked in my yard

Packages always seem to be damaged FedX is the worse they just toss your packages on the porch even when they say fragile glass

A real disaster !!!! Never use FedEx to get important documents from the US to France! Delivery time was supposed to be 2 days, and 9 days later still haven't arrived! FedEx farms job out to contractors who don't care whether stuff gets delivered or not. + You can't get anyone on the phone to explain where document is, and have to call them back (at a fee/minute) every single day, and every time they answer they don't know for sure until the day has ended!
