Always a hold up or issue. Never meet your time window. It's 3 DAYS LATE when it was supposedly in the local truck in FLA then immediately Wisconsin?! Point is noone ever has a clue and is useless.

The worst...over a week late. Can't get any information from anybody. This is the second time...had to order an item 3 times before I finally got it. This one I guess I will just cancel. No more FedEx for me.

Cannot get a live person on the phone no matter what I tried.

Very poor service…dnt know where is my parcel ..call few time to the head office request them for fast delivery or pick up the base my self ..but to clear answer from them ..not recommended..Dil is best even little bit extra cost but on theme most of the time

This delivere co. Has never been on time or can tell me where my package is. Tracking does not work and i put my tracking number in. You people are lazy !!! Never have you gotten any my stuff RIGHT !!!!!

RIDICULOUS SERVICE. IS ALREADY THE SECOND TIME WITH BAD SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY THE LAST ONE. GOOD LUCK
