Filed 7 complaints against the same driver for leaving packages down next to the road, middle of yard, watched her literally kick my package off the truck, threw packages in yard during rainy weather in water puddle, everywhere but by the front door.

Fed ex should just have Amazon do all of their deliveries.

Was delivered Sunday on time like the voicemail said and the gentleman was very nice and did a great job

Worst service ever I've been waiting for a replacement phone that I ordered it's been about 6 weeks and I call they give me the run around then it satin Chandler Arizona for a week and half and just stayed delayed I called and they said it needed a couple of more scans to be put on the truck for delivery I'm in Yuma Arizona well now I look on line again to track it and its now in Connecticut WTH SMH ??? NEVER AGAIN

My package has been lost from a drop off point since May 19 2022. Has never been scanned in. Just gone. I’m out money I had to refund AND my item. Very poor very rude customer service if you can call it that. If I could I’d rate a 0

Package was out for delivery on May 25th. Wasn't delivered. Waited the next day wasn't delivered. Did a trace at the end of the day. Now it's Sunday and still no update when it will be delivered. Tracking still says out for delivery may 25th. No update since.

Purchased an electric bike for my father's birthday and he was only in town for a few days. He is now gone and package is 3 days late. Now I have to pay another carrier to ship the bike out of state when it gets here. NO STARS.

Worst delivery service ever ! They say my package has been delivered and has not been . They give you the run around about everything . I would have preferred ups delivery. My package is still lost and no information I will definitely be reporting this driver

Fedex does not deliver

My package has been lost for 8 days now. They act like they can't figure out where my package is. I've called several times and no one can help. Horrible service.

My package was not even delivered to me. A neighbor almost 2 blocks away told me my package was on top of her mail box. I could not believe driver didn't attempt to deliver it. He needs a new job.

I have expacted dlivery on may 27 i am waiting in home nobody came and they update status we havr attemped nobody in home its not trru

Horrible experience. My package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday and here it is saturday evening and i still haven't received my package and it said it would be delivered by the end of the day. Smh. I will NEVER use Fedex again. Negative 5 stars!!!!!

I was getting notices that my package was shipped and was to be delivered yesterday 5/27/2022 now it’s saying that its waiting on the package. It was to be her days ago.. What is going on with this company!!
