very poor service they do not deliver on time they change the delivery day by day if you have to sign to receive the delivery it has to be there at your disposal and they instantly change the delivery lousy service

Not on time or early

My package was on its way the did a fucking u turn and back tracks for no reason so my package will be 2 days or so later

I sent an extremely important document through the mail ten days ago. It was supposed to make it there four days ago. My package better make it to its destination.

Received my package from a decent company on the 10/05/22, was supposed to be here by the 18/05/22, still not here, they might be better in the u.s but for U.K/N.Ireland/Ireland I'd advise companies to use D.P.D/Yodel/Royal mail, even a carrier pigeon would be more efficient. Good companies and customers are suffering due to bad management and not even a second rate service, they need to do better.

Rubbish totally rubbish waiting in 3 days for someone who hasn’t still turned up but saying they have beds shutting down

They held my package for days because it arrived earlier then scheduled..so instead of delivering it they held it .. fedex is the worst .

A rediculous company. I was waiting my package all day. However, online information shows shipment refused by recipient. Rediculous！nobody came and contact me at all

Terrible service. Website indicated package was to arrive yesterday. Wasn’t delivered. Sat in warehouse all day beginning at 2am. No eta on delivery.

Ordered an office chair. Fed Ex driver carried it up my flight of stairs. Arrived earlier than expected.

We have had no issues with delivery and between my fiancé and me we order a bunch.

I have been home all week. My signature required package was not delivered because "no one was home". I got different responses from everyone I spoke with. I still don't have my package. I give FedEx a minus rating after a very frustratin week and no package.
