This website to track a FedEx package is useless

This is 3rd time that I’ve had a package doing circles in another state. It’s frustrating when you are waiting on business supplies, because people are waiting on you

You lose my package

Pathetic only took 2 days from France to Australia then says for 5 days in transit from redbank only 40 Min drive from me but I still don't have it and fedex can't tell me where it is or delivery date wtf and can't understand there broken english

They don't follow my instructions when delivering to my home. Computer systems not updating shipment information.

horrible ordered may 7th package was supposed to be delivered may 21st it’s now may 25th and i still don’t have my package

They threw a pill package over my fence there was a sign that said don't throw packages over fence also beware of dog any person that can read knows not to do that. My 3 dogs ate the pills but my small dog ended up in emergency almost died because of fed ex. Now they won't reimburse me pills nor very bill because Walgreens don't know a number they say we need because they don't have any numbers. Be careful with your animals when there around. And don't expect to be composted i started a complaint months ago and they give you a run around. The company doesn't care for you at all your just money.

This parcel service is horrible. They have hired 3rd party workers who clearly do not care about there jobs or respect anyone's time. Drivers do not even attempt to get j to the building just say "client unavailable". Amazon does it better.

Package came out of China faster than if it would have come across the US

I ordered from Brecks flowers. It says my package was delivered but it was not. I keep trying to talk to someone and I can not seem to speak with anyone. I would not recommend Brecks flowers or Fedx

Like the branding of complimentary colours etc, not a top fan of delivery service arrangements Little to no communication was made for delivery, instructions given to seller were so far as to leave at the door. Was instead returned to a FedEx location and I cannot pick it up without seller’s permission, which has a turnaround of 24 hours when we needed our bed tonight Hoping for better next time, thanks
