Made special arrangements to be home to receive package and got a text telling me I wasn't home, getting someone on the phone is next to impossible

Fedex is the worst couier company. I was done with FedEx when the driver for my area told me that he sends all the packages for my area back to the sender because the driver will not get off the truck and read. The complex is small no more than 6 units? Out of the driver's mouth.....We send back ALL MAIL.

Was told 7 to 10 days. Arriving in 7 days!

My package was heavy and the guy literally flipped it off the dolly and let it fall unevenly onto my staircase. If you are FedEx I’ll gladly send you the video caught on my security csmera

Not exactly time when they notice you

Well so far I have two separate delivery times and a twelve hour window I Must wait for important doc that must be signed for I signed up for updates and haven’t heard one thing I do know that companies are running very short handed and of course everyone blames covid but what’s funny no one is actually hiring back enough employees to do the job so don’t blame the delivery guy he’s probably doing the work of three people now due to companies bottom line so take it easy on the guy that was able to get whatever junk u ordered in the mail

My package went a long way around to get here but it was delivered the morning they said it would be

Carrier walked across my lawn carrying my delivery (box) and quad tires for a neighbor two doors down. He dropped my box on walkway by yard, not on front porch. He then crossed through my yard to deliver two doors down. Items in my box were broken and had to call store. Not a very courteous carrier.

My package did not arrive on the said date

I sent a package with FedEx and I paid international priority. The first facility they stay with my package for 12 days. Then it took 8 days from Burundi to United Kingdom. Then the packs stays there for 5 days and I had no idea where the package was The tracking system showed that the package was in transit. I called all offices and one guy decided to tell me that is is in UK. I kept call, after 36 days the package was delivered already damaged. It had a medical sample and were no longer valid. They didn’t refund me I had to find another carrier where it took 9 days only to get the package to me. I can’t recommend FedEx to any of my friends even domestic.

Shipping time was way late, items supposed to arrive on the 18th got the 23rd. Wow! Might better just use UPS or usps would have gotten here on time
