Horrible service. 2 page letter, personal, was supposed to arrive in 2 days from USA to Israel. Got to distribution center in 3 days. They made error in phone # never contacted me despite having my Email. I contacted them after the 2 day weekend as they are closed. They promised to deliver the next day between 8am and 6pm. Had to stay put all day. They added $25.00 to the $80.00 I paid in the USA for custom clearance (custom on 2 page letter?) Took 7 days to deliver instead of 2 . $105.00 for a letter to be delivered in 7 days. Thieves...

I honestly cannot understand how or why this company is still trading. I ordered an item from a company in India to be delivered to the UK. I tracked the package as it left Mumbai via Dubai, France and eventually to Stanstead Airport three days latter. Somehow FedEx have managed to loose the 35kg parcel in the UK somewhere. Truly an outstanding level of incompetence. Judging by the number of one-star reviews, not an unusual occurrence!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. 6 days and no updates other than it left California...... Ridiculous

They told me to delivered today at 16:00 but i can not accept

Absolutely great service the box didn't have any wear to it much less torn or ripped very satisfied

They should get out of the delivery business

I hate FedEx im sick of the lack of care for their customers. Said my package was delivered and signed for but I wasn't home. Terrible service they just don't care about people's hard earned money.

Cannot talk to anyone. Cannot get an answer from anyone. My package was a simple delivery but cannot find it. Terrible customer service .

I’ve always had great service and my packages are always on time. The driver’s aren’t told enough hey great job! I get notifications for my deliveries and it’s always been on time. I can’t say about sending out through them I’ve only done it once but it was delivered. Great work everyone who’s worked hard during these time’s along with the pandemic!!

Waiting for my package,yesterday.Checked Amazon for statis.They tried to make delivery but door was locked.This is a secure apartment ,has to be locked! Got forbid the have enough sense to ring the dawn BELL. Am waiting for 2nd try,wish me luck!

Was due on the 20th and received on the 23rd after I had originally paid for Urgent delivery via company. So even the late delivery was 3 days late, no explanation. Shocking service. Shambles

Need to be home to sign for package but there tracking services are complete garbage and can't even tell you if it's in route. Says attempted delivery but no no one home yet not one of my cameras seen the attempt. Will never order anything from company that uses this joke of a company.

One package sent to wrong house; never received updates as signed up; fedex is not reliable as they use to be. Still waiting on another package with no update, yet 4 days ago it was only 50 miles away- very sad...
