Any FedEx driver are very poor because those never arrives in time. Most delivery must 2 or 3 days arrives. This year very poor I hadn't received my expensive package. Let's sat u guys so stupid

For me as I always used fedex I really thanks to them for their good service,, also every detail you can track your parcel… They are one of the great international shipping companies

They have a tracking system, however it never updates and your left with no idea where your parcel is !!!

27 days still waiting parcel been in Memphis over 20 days, what the heck is going on???

So I had a replacement check card sent with 2 day delivery on Tuesday evening. The issuing company didn't even send the details to FedEx until the day after so of course it couldn't get to me, on time. Nw So why am I leaving a 1 star review? Should have delivered Thursday but didn't receive in Rome to make delivery to me as I clubs out after the fact. I missed my child's bday and couldn't even drive to see my baby boy, and his two siblings an hour away. So delivery promised Thursday afternoon that my package would arrive by Friday by 4:30pm ( knowing it couldn't even make it to me) This is evident by them stealing for tome and putting it on the trick and then remarking that it couldn't be delivered bc of wrong address. Lies Then after waiting 2 hours in the sun I Akhtar didn't make it to work bc of no gas. I get back to internet to check the tracking numbers and any updates. That's when it informs me that not only did it never leave the facility but it's delayed once again until the following Monday. SO BEWARE YOU ARE WARNED 2 DAY DELIVERY MEANS WHENEVER WE CAN DO WHAT WE SAY WE DO, U THEIR CUSTOMER AND YOUR LIFE, MUCH LESS DESTROYING THEIR OWN BUSINESS MODEL + PROFESSION, JOB TITLE AND CUSTOMER PLEDGE. GO ELSEWHERE FOR TRUTH IN BUSINESS. A KID DELIVERING NEWSPAPERS COULD DO WAY BETTER.

I sent my parcel out May 11/22 from Ontario Canada. It is going to Austria it has finally arrived in Austria but not yet to its destination was suppose to arrive by May 13/22 I am a bit disappointed I paid 129.00 for an envelope to be sent. If it gets there by tomorrow I will be very pleased fingers crossed

My package was scheduled to be delivered 5/22. It shows now to be in the next state West of me with no delivery date now. If you can’t deliver when scheduled, don’t schedule that date….. Pathetic

My package been in TN since 5/16. 5 days later and I’m still waiting on my package.

Day 7 and still no package.

They have never gotten a package here on time. I'm done with them.

Continually delivers my packages to 317 N Vance Street instead of to 315. This is an ongoing problem with deliveries.

Third rate service . was totally shocked how bad their tracking is.

I ordered Spectrum Equipment on Wed May 18th. Spectrum said they would overnight Equip so we should get it by close of business Thur May 19th. Tracking # showed package did not arrive in Great Falls Sorting Facility Montana until 3:54am Fri May 20th. Package then arrived at Belgrade, MT FedEx Facility at 9:54am. Tracking said Package sat there all day w/o “not delivered/not attempted delivery, then at 5:12pm said “At FedEx Facility”. That’s the last entry. FedEx then texted and said “package picked up & scheduled for delivery by Sat May 21st by 4:30pm”. Nothing after that! It’s now Sunday May22, 11:07am and I still have no Spectrum Equip from FedEx. While I was out, my wife saw FedEx on our street & ask if he had our package. He said, “I’m just here from Billing to help Belgrade FedEx Facility to catch up on deliveries. Oh for overnight delivery, you have to talk to FedEx Express.” How stupidly ironic the FedEx guy on my street in Livingston, Mt says he’s here to help Belgrade Facility, where my “Overnight Spectrum Equip is sitting”, to catch up! I’m dumb founded. Called Spectrum, told them NOT TO PAY Overnight Charges! FedEx WHY is my package just sitting in your Belgrade FedEx Facility for 3 days w/o attempt to deliver?
