I allways got deleight eaven with priority packages. Not one day. Some times i pay for delyvery in 3 days and pacage comes in a week or more

Called to get help to track my package that is late and on chat with Ellen and requested to pay money before their technician will call to help me. What horrible service. I would give 0 stars but it's not an option.

I am sitting right by the window, no trucks oassed no package delivered yet I receive a text saying package delivered.

Ordered something that came in two boxes, clearly labeled 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. Box one arrived 4 days after promised delivery date. It’s 8 days after box one arrived, and still no sign of box 2.

Package did not arrive as stated may 19 now says today but no time estimate. No number to call.

Worst delivery company out there ! Very rude customer service task and don’t bother asking where your package is because they don’t know ! If you ordered something and are waiting for fedx to deliver do yourself a favor cancel it and reorder it and use different shipping company because this one does not care about you or your package ! Same bs as Amazxx delivery a joke

They were posted as delivered and I am still waiting on my parts which had the correct address and the excuse from the courier was incorrect address given. Total waste of my time

My experience with FedEx has been better than average. The packages arrive on time and tracking a package is quite easy. Their staff at the FedEx office are always courteous and professional. The one time that I did have a problem with something being broken in a package, FedEx resolved the issue and remitted payment for my loss. I will continue to use their services

My parcel supposed to be delivered on the 14/05 after another day for the 19/05 at 5 pm but until now no delivery the last comment from FedEx is delay !!!! not fair and not serious !!!

Terrible app completely useless

Do not like the service my package sat at the Oak Park Facility for 8 days very disappointed now I am afraid to order anything if it has to come through Fedex

Terrible tracking service. Can't get decent help in tracking update. Package has been sitting at depot for days. I used to get orders within 3-4 days - it's been 10 days!!!! 0 stars

Absolutely shocking won’t use ever again takes over a month of haggling to get them to send

The WORST DELIVERY COMPANY,They tell you on tracking that your package will be delivered on a certain date and then when you track the number they change the date, Then the day before your package is supposed to arrive they change the date again, FedEx is the WORST,UPS IS Always on time when they say your package will be there on a certain day your package is there
