Useless company. A pigeon would be quicker. Track a package and gets within two hours of its destination and sits there for 12 days and still no word on delivery. I would never use this company again. Just brutal service. Finally get ahold of a customer service rep and get put on hold and then hung up on. Bad all around service.

First package lost. Replacement sent but I was out at first delivery and despite having a card that says I can 'manage my delivery' the system does not allow me to do this. Dreadful service - terrible website.

Please no one use this company for shipping, staff are not helpful and they are racist

What a excellent customer service from the driver and remember me when I used to work at morrisons but now ill health issues later the driver replied to me that I was the best despatch person all answering the back gates, can't believe it's been that long ago and he still remembers me, and wish me luck and God bless him and his family ? and people who give amazing customer service should be appreciated with in the company and hopefully they will be able to recognised a loyalty worker Reference number 354899143

Still waiting for my package $523 shipping what a joke 3 weeks. Don't use FEDEX find another company. Staff are hopeless.

My package was in Omaha Nebraska where it was supposed to be and then the tracking said they sent it to Kansas which is the wrong direction not happy been waiting too long for this package

2 parcels sent out, one came in still waiting for the other one

Fed ex is never on time, and when they deliver packages they carelessly toss them to the ground

This company not what they use to be. It’s rare to get a package on time. Moving to UPS.

I paid for express service and my package never got its destination on the date they said. I'll ask for a refund.

So frustrated! My package was sent 5/5/22 and has been sitting in North Salt Lake since 5/11/22. That's bad enough, but they don't show delivery until 5/29/22!!!!! Lousy service. I also couldn't connect with a live human being.
