Ordered a pull out kitchen trash container with lid (separate order)from Amazon.Trash container arrived b(late delivery) but no lid. I've exhausted every avenue to track this package to no avail and Fed X was a nightmare.

Poor service and confusing website. FedEx has gotten worse since my last entanglement with them. Waiting 3 days for a package.

very bad service. the delivery guy just left a note that we weren't there when he didn't even open the door and ring the bell to let me know he's there. this is the second time the same thing happens

i bought something very expensive and they lose my package i need that package i’m stress over it right now i don’t know what to do

I’ve had two memorable experiences with FedEx delivery. The good experience, even though the package was late, the driver provided exceptional service. The bad experience was when the package was on time according to tracking but when it arrived at the final facility something happened to my package and it became undeliverable. I had to contact the company I purchased from and they had to ship item again which unfortunately was late. I understand a driver can only deliver a package when they receive it but maybe a little more carefulness from point A to point B might help.

I order something that was being delivered. Every time on went on the site the Fed Ex delivery date would change. Now I can't even get an estimated delivery date. Its not like it is international package it is coming from California and now has taken almost 2 weeks since shipping! Terrible service from Fed Ex

Takes you 5 days to get my package across the U.S., which was great. Yet it took 2 days to get from Seattle to my home which is an hour away. Used a excuse about a weather delay. It rains a lot here. There was nothing unusual about the weather. Fed ex service has always been horrible here.

Me and my friend ordered the same thing yet mine has taken way longer. And tracker is 2 day delay so I have no clue where my package is

All my FedEx packages coming from FL "SKAR" get delivered 2 days every time no problems but my packages from Amazon using FedEx takes forever 7 to 10 days?????????

Fed ex never leaves my package at the door .The put it under an open carport .No one has good things to say about Fed Ex in this area. My order was supposed to arrive Thursday and it changed to Saturday,and it still hasn't arrived today.

Not up to date information.. I do not like my stuff shipped thru FedEx. I have had so many issues
