Just so terrible! Why give delivery dates and times if you aren't going to honour them! FedEx is a complete waste of time. Sellers beware your buyers will hate you for using this service, make sure you post with a service other than FedEx.

Worst service ever. My parcel has been in Maspeth NY for five days now. It went there already once, then hopped over to NJ and came back to Maspeth. Final destination is NYC, but for 5 days and counting it’s still in Maspeth with no delivery date. Oh, it was sent on May 3rd. What a truly despicable and diagusting service. I can’t fathom why MLB would work with you of all the companies out there. You stink FedEx, big time. Shame on you. I’d spit on your services and your customer “management”, but I’m just too far away for that. Shame on you.

Terrible! Item was to be delivered by 12pm, by 2pm there was still no parcel. The delivery time was updated to say it would be delivered by 5pm... 5pm has now come and gone and no parcel, complete waste of time waiting for FedEx, if I could score 0 I would. They only have to deliver the parcel at the time they say they will, if it wouldn't be delivered until the next day that would be fine but why waste peoples time!

is sad shadow of what it used to be. Missing packages, eternal delivery times, open and damaged goods. Try calling customer service and you will find yourself talking to recorded menus for hours with no solution at the end. Insulting service overall.

Can it get any slower? ....soon we'll be picking up our own packages

The parcel eventually reached Hong Kong Airport at 0805 this morning and clearance still in process as of now 19:25.. you kidding me?

I have been waiting on a package for almost a month now. FEDEX States it was delivered. I have not seen the package, and Amazon has not received confirmation of delivery.

I expected a package on Friday, which said, out for delivery, but was never delivered, I was hoping it would be delivered the next day, never was, the usps would of delivered the package in 3 to 5 days, this is ten days in the us, ridiculous,would avoid using FedEx in the future.

I believe in granting second chances, but this is the third time FedEx has either destroyed the package, lost it, or dropped it 3 plus feet out of the back of th he truck. 3 strikes you are out! Garbage shipping company!

do not recommend. was suppose to get a package, and didn't receive even though it said delivered (obviously to the wrong house) so I drive up and down the road asking the neighbors, (in today's world not very many honest people) call FedEx and instead of offering ANY kind of help considering it was their driver who messed up where they put a package I have to contact the seller. FedEx real quick to cover up their mess and send you else where so they don't have to deal with it. it's NOT hard to read a package and put it on the CORRECT porch. my address is on the mailbox and on the house. smh. horrible customer service and obviously lazy truck drivers.
