By tracking number ? It should be delivered ??? But it doesn't !

I agree 100% with Mr. Wood, y give a delivery date when delivery is gonna be whenever !!!! Also I mailed out 3 boxes going 2 the same address & all of them were damaged! What the duce kind of service is that !?

One star is too generous for this joke of a company. My package was to be delivered on Monday, May 16th. I rearranged my day so I could be here for the delivery and it never showed up. I phoned FedEx and the representative I spoke with could barely speak English. He also spoke so fast I couldn’t understand a flicking word he said. I would never consider using this company to deliver anything anywhere.

Why does your system say my package is in Baudette, and delivered? I live nowhere near Baudette. Coming from FL, you passed me, by a lot. Packages never arrive on time, constantly getting lost and their help department is anything but.

I ordered an item on Friday morning, 8:03AM to exact. FedEx didn't pick it up until 7:30Pm. Gave me a tracking no. and 5/16 as a delivery date, then it was changed to 5/15. Well 5/16 came and went and I don't have my pkg yet. And it's 21:46 (9:46PM)

Item arrived in Hong Kong for over 24 hours still no intention to deliver. Hotline not answered. Truly amazing!

FedEx, the best. My regular delivery guy always rings the bell, Carries the package in if it’s heavy. Delivery is almost always on time. Better than USPS for sure.

Tracking works good as long as the driver is competent. (Which is rare) if my stuff gets delivered at all, it will be in a ditch by the mailbox. Everyone in my town has to get on Facebook and ask everyone else if they got their package because tracking says it was delivered but it was not. I hate FedEx

I don’t think this company even deserves a star rating. I’ve been waiting for my daughters birthday present to arrive, and it said it would come 2 days ago and it said delivered 2 days ago. I checked my ring doorbell and I saw no package delivery. My daughter is only 4 years old and yet she didn’t get her birthday present. I’m so upset with this company. Even my husband is a police officer and he couldn’t believe how this company is so terrible at there job. Please do not get your packages delivered by this company!

Delivered the wrong package. Address not even close to mine. These people driving or stupid. My package was supposed to get here at 6 o’clock in the morning where the hell is it.

Delivers extremely fast

Why does it take 6 days to get a package 100 miles? The US Postal Service would have done it in 2 days or less. Absolutely do not recommend for short distances.

Absolutely useless company, why give a delivery time and not turn up, do not recommend, last parcel was a £1000 generator that they stole, deiver said left in reception, we dont even have a reception, no point putting complaint in as its just ignored and never get back to you. Stay away from this company
