The lawn mower I ordered from Lowes never arrived, I called Lowe's, they "refreshed" my order, now I have received a mower every day, 4 so far, both Lowe's and FedEx still show my order as in shipment. No wonder the nation is experiencing " Supply chain Issues".

Package delayed for two days at one location now it’s stuck in transit in one city for two days this is just ridiculous!

Got text saying delivery would be 1 /2 days delivered next day at 1325 hrs ,though I work nights in bed , unable to track or contact them since ! Still waiting! any contact details they have given me,tracking number not recgonised,still waiting on them to deliver ! Wouldn't recommend them .!,

You need to improve your service. When you said to delivery before 10:00 am do it, not the after 24 hrs. Specially when pack is in the carrier

No delivery as promise. Say to be delivery at 10:00 am and at 7:00 pm have not been delivered. Talk to 4 people that give me any explanation or when is going to be delivered

Horrible service 3 weeks for a delivery REALLY

You pay all these high price for your package to be delivered and still don't get it on time. My package been in Concord NC every since 5/11 and I still have not got it.

Can't figure this out I just want an updated tracking like I had for the last 4 days

FedEx just drove by my house and dropped off packages at three different homes I asked him about mine and he said he did not have one for me I said online it says that you should have. What the heck I rearranged being able to stay home today because it was supposed to be here on the 18th but then they change it to the 17th so I had to rearrange my days twice because this has to be signed for. I don't think I can rearrange my day again They aren't going to be real happy with me to do this. What is going on with this service? Shouldn't there be a minus star instead of all stars It won't let you pick none

Extremely bad service

Where does FedEx and UPS get these delivery people. Send me a package in my address ain’t even close. Somebody got screwed out of a package I’m not breaking my neck to return this thing. It should’ve never been brought here. The drivers are a bunch of Dingbat retards that don’t know how to read an address how did they even get your drivers license FedEx was supposed to deliver my package on the 15th and how it’s the 17th WTF never again

Worst service ever. How can you track a package when you look to see where it is you can’t even find it. It was supposed to be delivered on the 15th then the 16th then the 17th. I guess tomorrow they’ll say it’ll be livered tomorrow on the 18th. I will never ask to use this service again. I don’t know who’s worse FedEx or UPSUPS lost my package delivered in New Jersey and it ended up in Kansas City Missouri. That’s right delivered it to my house and came back and they said they needed to take it never give your package away if it’s delivered and you ordered it do not give it back to the delivery person. I’ve learnt my lesson

I paid for today's service $64 and some odd cents it was skip May 9th here it is May 17th my tracking order shows us in Southaven Mississippi it's supposed to go to Greenfield Tennessee you moron
