I order a brand new phone Tuesday. A box arrives on Wednesday I go out in get it. It was extremely light so I get in the house a notification came in saying my phone had been delivered so I go out again and look for a different package NO PACKAGE I open the box to find a invoice and a small piece of black Styrofoam. NO PHONE. I call tell them the deal. I reorder. This IS 2pm on Friday NOT EVEN A DELIVERY. NOTHING. THANKS FEDEX FOR ABSOLUTELY RUINING MY WEEK.

Paid extra for next day, and delivery was this morning!! Shipped out May 10!

Would give less stars...

I ordered a gazebo from Amazon. The manufacturer sent it in two boxes. The first came in 5 days. The second came two days later all "patched up." And I was missing 5 parts. The manufacturer sent me another box. They said it would be here on Friday. I tracked the package, it said it would be delivered early on Wednesday. That didn't happen. Tracking showed it sitting in a Georgia warehouse until today. So now it's Friday and I'm still waiting for the package to get here.on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a MINUS 5!!!

05/13/2022-They keep changing the delivery time. First my package suppose arrive by noon today now it's saying by 5pm. I been waiting all day yesterday and now today eventhough I missed work twice with pay still FedEx caused people so much confusion and inconvenience

This is totally ridiculous!! I personally took my package ? to a fedX store April 12, 2022. Tracking # RMA # everything. All done correctly. Scan at the counter by fedX rep. ( I have my receipt) . I live in Atlanta. Package ? going back to Puma in California! !! It’s now May 13. A month!!! Package ? still now showing arrived!! Still waiting for my refund! I will never shop with Puma on line EVER A AGAIN!!!

Never make the delivery, this is disgusting, The package,no delivery or day I be a home, and then they sent back.

They don't have texting notifications as I don't have time to check my emails all the time.

I literally just saw Fedex van outside my window doing a U-turn and no one even got out the vehicle. I RAN DOWNSTAIRS and they were gone. This is now the third attempt made by them and no parcel delivered. They probably going to make an excuse of incorrect address again. Absolutely pathetic!

Most useless service I have ever received. They are ridiculous and service is appalling. I have contacted fedex 3 times already regarding my parcel and nothing much has changed. It shows operational delay and incorrect address twice now. I was told not much can be done and it will be escalated and sent out today again. I confirmed address is not incorrect. I even messaged the MD on linkedin (no response of course). The parcel is urgent for an exam that is to be taken very soon. Worst service ever, dont know how anyone uses them. The company sending the book uses them, do not understand why? Amazing how all my amazon packages can arrive and fedex cant find my place or even phone if lost.

Very lazy team . They went to the door for delivery and didn't deliver because they need a sign. They Are supposed to call to custumer but they didn't. My delivery Was unget but late due to their lazi ess.

Package said it would be delivered 2 days ago status changed to pending haven't gotten it yet don't even know where its at

I hate FedEx, my birthday is on Monday the 16th bellewholesale my order with to be deliver as express because I paid for it express shipping and uptil now they have not release my shipment I don't really know what they want from me.Just too bad with all this express service. If it is money you want from me why can't send my shipment and ask for it .I want to use this things on my for my birthday.

Been sitting in Sydney since the 9th at the depot still no update or delivery.

My tracking notifications said delivered but no package in sight and no vehicle insight neither. Very disappointed and frustrated.
