Fast, reliable and very well organized

Worst ever. Last time it was 2 day air and it took 7 days. Gee big surprise my package isn't here on time. Again. Drivers dont follow special instructions either. If I knew FedEx was the carrier I would not have purchased

I was notified item was delivered however it was not using the website to try and track down my package was impossible no truck number or driver info provided site doesn't even show address that packages are to be delivered to only town/city

143.00 insurance for 500. And tracking is non existent.

Very bad tracking service

Worst service ever!!! I have received every single package for 3 years smashed, gouged, ripped apart etc... I once rcvd a package that looked like it was stabbed 50 times with a box cutter. Three of my packages came with compression forklift impressions and one a hole the size of a forklift fork. All of my other packages from Amazon and UPS get here on time and intact. Since all my packages have been in terrible shape I stopped using FedEx Services. Now when I purchase stuff sometimes I don't have a choice. Whenever I purchase something online and I find out that FedEx is going to deliver it, I'm absolutely disgusted and worry about my package. I hope that management receives all their packages destroyed for their children and themselves because obviously they don't make it a point to make their employees give a s*** about the merchandise they are paid to deliver.

I'm not paying $1.00 to get info to see where my package is at ! That's your job to help the customers.

FedEx said they left my package at my garage they lie no package was delivered to my house on May 11 FedEx no good

They called said they would deliver on Tuesday and they never came!

10 days and still no package from Amazon. I will never buy anything again that is shipped with FedEx.

They don't give a person time to get to the door. I'm disabled and need a little time to answer doors. If I have to sign for something that means it is something important.

Tracking showed that they tried to deliver and no one was there. Wrong. Someone was there all day and 24hr surveillance cameras showed no fed ex vehicle. Lying? That's what I call it.
