As usual (happens all the time...your driver lied on recent shipment. Said he delivered to my home. Filed claim. Pkg was found next day on porch of vacant home... non delivery is bad outright lies are inexcusable! Shame on you

I have always been pleased with FedEx and the service. My items were to be delivered on 5/10/22. No delivery time was mentioned. The items came mid afternoon. All was shipped and arrived in 2 days. Right on time!!! Thank you Fedex!

Straight garbage I will pay whatever extra to never use FedEx my package hasn't gotten here yet has gone to 5 states nowhere on the way was about to be delivered and then went to another state past me and customer service is the absolute worst ever refused to help refused to connect to a supervisor refused to take a complaint and hung up on me multiple times saying they were connecting me to someone that could help never and I do mean never again

On May 6, 2022 at 7:16 pm Central time. As myself and mom waiting for her medication to be delivered to us, it was delivered to elsewhere. The next day called FedEx they said started case and someone should contact me, no one called. The driver is irresponsible as fedex company itself. FedEx should hold accountable to the drivers action yet they don’t care. It’s my mother medication it should never discontinued she has not been taking it for more than 4 days. I did call to talk to managers/administration customer service team kept transferring my calls to technical support. It’s a night mare to me, I can’t get hold of any responsible employee in FedEx this case should be expedite: it’s the medication life relay on. Sadddd still waiting

I have family who is close to retirement with fed ex and they work really hard. You guys and gals at fed ex have a serious job running stuff all around the world for people. Great job

Cannot talk to anyone on phone to find out why shipment was delayed. Shipped from sf on 5th and today is the 10th At 11;30 and it is not here. I paid overnights delivery I think you are cheating the customers for a service you do not provided

I gave a 1 star because I cannot find a lower rating. I mailed a package via FedEx from DE to Washington DC on 5/03. Given the time I dropped the package, I was told that it was too late for next day delivery. So I paid for 2 days delivery and it was specified on my receipt a deli ery date of 5/05. When I tracked 5he package on 5/04, it was at a FedEx hub in Maryland for delivery on 5/05. I became aware on 5/09 that the package was not received. I check the tracking and found out the the package was still at the same MD hub since 5/04. I called FedEx main office, talked to a supervisor who could not explained why my package sat for 5 days in one of their office. He promised to get the package delivered early the next day, because it was already 5:00 pm when I talked to him. The package was finally delivered at 12:30 pm on 5/10: One week later, while I paid for 2 days delivery. Even a regular mail by the US postal service would beat that. This will be the last time I use FedEx. Don't waste your time with FedEx. They cannot be trusted

Sent a mothers day gift to my mothrr3in law on the 5th of may , she was suppose to get it the 6th of may but didnt get her gift until the 9th , and when she got it. It was broken in several pieces, will never ever use fedex again ,
