Worst service ever, May 5 was supposed to be delivery date. FedEx says it’s delayed to incorrect address. I confirmed the address. May 10 and still waiting on an undelivered package.

I gave FedEx a one star because you can’t choose zero stars. I was expecting a parcel on May 5 and the delivery was attempted but they contacted me and said the address was incorrect. Which it wasn’t, they said to call 1-800-463-3339 to confirm the address. I called but it’s automated and gave the tracking number. It said the package is delayed due to incorrect address and only the shipper can change the address. It took me an hour to finally get in touch with customer service. I confirmed the address. May 8, still no package. I call again and same bs, package delayed because of incorrect address. So I had them hold the package at nearest pickup facility. Now it’s May 10 and package has still not arrived at the facility. Worst service in the history of couriers. FedEx is a joke and if anything you order is being shipped by FedEx don’t bother with the headaches. Purchase the items from a different retailer.

I paid extra to get my package that i sent Thursday to arrive on monday. It showed on schedule it was delayed twice. Supposedly it should arrive today Tuesday. I say you owe me the balance

I get notified that my package is going to be a day late and is currently in Nashville TN (30 minutes from where I live), which is not a big deal, but then I wait a day and get notified that it is not here yet because it left TN and is now in Perrysburg, OH. And on top of that it is not giving an estimated delivery anymore, it just says, "no scheduled delivery date available at this time". Why would they take my package two states away when it was almost here?!

Consistently either late or lost. My package has sat in a warehouse for more than 2 weeks now…. So much for quick delivery.

Once I had no problems now deliveries go to other addresses and get lost.

Claimed they gave my package to me at my residence. Except I was home and nobody ever delivered a package. We’ve had so many undelivered or wrongly delivered to a different address, I’m not sure how they stay in business with this kind of service.

Last three times the fedex driver just stand in driveway and throws package at my door.

Said it was going to be delivered early. No tracking location of packaging available for past 5 days. Did not arrive yesterday as stated. At the moment package is MIA. Make matters worse, first attempt of delivery of package was lost completely.

Fedex has got the worst service on every shipment I receive from them. You call customer service and and all they do is yes you all over on delayed packages and hold options. Then they blame the shipper. Stay away if at all possible
