I get notified that my package is going to be a day late and is currently in Nashville, TN (30 minutes from where I live), which is not a big deal, but then I wait a day and get notified that it is not here yet because it left TN and is now in Perrysburg, OH. And on top of that it is not giving an estimated delivery anymore, it just says, "no scheduled delivery date available at this time." Why would it leave Tennessee and travel two states away from me?!

The box was torn in several places and it was left on my neighbors porch even though my house is clearly marked.

We need to stop wasting time with FedEx and use other means of shipping. All you get is excuses for losing track of parcels.

This is the 4th shipment from California to Central Indiana the last few months. Always 3-5 days after original estimated delivery date. Packages stop at 3-4 locations in California before ever leaving the state! Then the next stop is either Nevada or Az where packages sit another day or two. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Received a shipment from UPS in 3 days from same city. FedEx can't even get it out of California that fast! WISH CONSUMERS COULD PICK THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY.

It didn't track the package

Been waiting for a shipment, driver claims made delivery, no delivery was made, this incident has happened 3 times already but this is the last, told shipper I will order through Amazon from now on.

Their service in Ireland is a joke.
