I shipped a package from Atlanta, Ga on May 2, 2022 requesting that it be delivered to my apartment on May 5th. The package was delivered instead on May 4th, while I was still out of town. A door tag was left stating that it would be delivered the following day. No attempt was made, yet I received a recorded message that an attempt was made. No door tag was left on this supposed 2nd attempt. Once again, I received a subsequent message stating that a 3rd attempt was made. It has now been 7 days and now I'm told that I will have to arrange to pick up a package that weighs 27.60 lbs! Bear in mind that I'm 5.0 feet, and I weigh less than 110 lbs and I don't drive. What was the point of paying $184.57 for a package that the postal service would have charged less than half of what I paid?

I was waiting for this package, left the house for a short time. Signed a piece of paper for an ok to leave package, did not leave..,, now I wait an extra day for a package that is late already…

Tracking # 934996883182 On 5/4 I received a message that FedEx had delivered a package, leaving it on the porch. No package was delivered to me. Then I got a message that it had been left in, on, or near the mailbox. FedEx cannot use the mailbox for delivery. Only the USPS can Where is my package? TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE! I will not be using companies that partners with FedEx as their carrier. It never fails...fake delivery attempts being made, no door tags are left but drivers are falsely scanning items to register attempt made. They’re entering door tag numbers but not leaving them on the door because delivery attempts are NOT being made. All other carriers have no issue delivering to a specific address. Actually received 2 different deliveries from 2 different carriers within the time frame that FedEx was suppose to deliver a package. Instead of the Supervisor finding resolution, she very rudely made excuses, came up with scenarios and took no accountability that maybe it’s the drivers fault and they are not doing their job. I wish I could post the video on here showing that NO FedEx driver presented to the delivery address. Do Better FedEx-130 Leroy Street location is deplorable! There was no option to give 0 stars. That is the only reason why there is 1 Star.

I cancelled my shipment with FedEx after a company shipped using them. I have strong opinions of the scammy nature of FedEx and the ridiculous fees they charge international customers (that aren’t standard like duties and taxes). Cancelled the same day it was sent. FedEx has continued to try to deliver the package even after placing a second stop order and return to sender request. I keep getting phone calls to pay for my brokerage fees even though I told them I would not accept the package and return to sender.

I think this is a good delivery company but most people that write negative reviews of FedEx don't realize that they're not the only ones backed up it it's where we're purchasing the products that they don't have the products in stock but before you write a bad review you should do a little research

Customer service was great. But the delivery service is trash. I gave 2 stars because the customer service guys did so well making up for the delivery guy. Other wise it would have bin zero. Package was a day early, but they gave no updates until i received an email that it was dumped at my doorstep. We pull up the the driver ripping away like ge was in a marathon. And left a pile of boxes without even double checking them. So now im missing most of the parts. And just sitting in limbo waiting for them to give me some for of update.

I was expecting a parcel on May 6 before 5pm at my work address. Delivery was attempted at 5:45 that day. Apparently, delivery was attempted again May 9 but the address I supplied was supposedly incorrect (which it was not). Clearly FedEx does not understand instructions. Now, I’m being forced to pick it up at their warehouse within 5 days or it will be sent back to the shipper. FedEx is the worst courier service and I will NEVER use them again.
