The worst .....damaged my package and never contacted me had to resend and 3x changed delivery date and STILL 4wks later not here. I am beyond upset!

Fedex package shipped from fort lauderdale, florida going to address only 1 1/2 hours only 70 miles way and ends up in Oregon?????? Need i say more.

I was at home all day, but nobody came, just received message (Customer not available or business closed. ) Tracking number 776761720750

Very poor service

Very terrible slow , Terrible routes Terrible time estiment, Won’t even. Refund you. You. When u pay extra shipping For 1-3 day delivery. When it takes then a week. Or even a month. They should refund people there shipping when u pay extra. And can’t make the dead line

My package has been stuck for a month it hasn’t move a bit very disappointed

Was to be delivered May 5th still waiting May 9th, had to change our plans to be home...frustrating

Worse that the postal service anymore and don’t update tracking. Apparently I’ve had a package make several moves and then just sit idle in the same location for 3 days.

Absolutely hopeless couldn't knock two stick's together.

FedEx has lost 2 packages on two consecutive uses. That’s 0/2 0% success rate! USPS is like 99% successful, UPS is like 98% successful for me and Amazon, had over 100+ (probably) deliveries since they started shipping (5+ years) and it is at least a 90% a few went to wrong houses, but FedEx is a 0% success rate! First order they claimed package was stolen out of warehouse, seller used UPS, three days later package arrived! Second time with FedEx after waiting 2+ weeks for a “free 4 day shipping” FedEx said they just forgot to scan it so that’s why it was sitting in a warehouse. 2 weeks later they said they can’t find it at all. Lost. Seller through eBay has to issue a full refund including shipping costs. Now I have a third package coming using FedEx and I have my fingers crossed. Third times a charm right? LOL FedEx as of now 0/2

We expect more of what your showing us we want more information and a full screen of that information ship times when it's transferred from one location to the next state county city work be great ?

Package was left outside of an empty apartment, tried to ask the driver if it was mine he totally ignored me and got in truck and drove off

Driver was nice, tracking stinks, and when your package gets lost you have to take care of everything yourself.
