I am waiting a package nextday from wednesday and today is sunday and i continue waiting. Bad service

Drivers are lazy dropped off packages at the end of the driveway

Paid for my package to be delivered on Saturday a day before Mother's Day. They said package was delayed. So dissatisfied

Parcel arrived at Redbank and still sitting there since last week and yet to receive it.

Waisted two days waiting on them don't even know when they will be here

How is it my package that should have arrived 2 days ago is still in transit with no updates less than 2 hours away!

Package says out for delivery expected at the end of day. The next day I still have NO package. Now it's says delivery pending? I can see why everyone hates these people.

I Don’t understand why sellers use FedEx it’s really bad! Currently I have 3 packages seller’s have sent with FedEx & all 3 are late. Checking status today since 2 were due but again nothing! So frustrating they keep using instead of alt carriers that are more reliable than this!

Needed a letter ? fast got a 3 days delivery. One month later and still have not received my letter. Not good

Package was ordered a week ago and was suppose to be here on the 6th and has been sitting in port st Lucie for over 2days now and I'm only 2 hrs from there this is ridiculous. They should send updates if something wrong

I ask for help. I specify the request, then the operator asks me to specify the request. I specify again. I then get referred to another business that wants to charge me $2 to get the answer that I just asked the operator twice for. This is a gimmic scam and a money grab. At best a terrible business model. I thought FedEx was better than this…guess I was wrong.

It would be nice if the drivers don’t throw our packages on the ground ! They don’t know what we have inside . I literally got the guy on camera tossing my stuff!

Horrible!!!! 10 day sitting in one spot. I can’t get a person. This is a Mother's Day gift. And it’s sitting 1,500 miles away

It's been 17 days since they said it was shipped and I still haven't received my vehicle parts
