Very delayed service

I can't believe how fast I received my patio furniture! Ordered on the 2nd,FedEx delivered on the 7th! And from NJ to Illinois! Order consisted of 2 large heavy boxes,delivered to my front porch, everything intact.Cant say enough about my FedEx driver ❤

I am not interested in joining anything in order to find out about my order

Was sent text stating they came to my house but never did my wife waited all day for them to show now we have to waist another whole day

Delivered to wrong address!

Wish I could do negative stars but I can't That's not an option but we're service ever package was broken damaged beyond belief and it was a mother's Day present so thank you FedEx Hope your guys's mothers get the same kind of service

3rd time I have had shipments that have either not arrived or is notorious of being late and they all come from the same facility in Independence, KY

Definetly Not on time. Moved from "Out for delivery" to "in transit" 3 different times. 2 dats late now. I would not recommend FedEx to anyone. From the looks of the comments this is a problem within this company.

What a bad service. The parcel still in Carolina PR for ten day already and they still changing dates for delivery.

FedEx service is so stupid

They're all abunch of liars! Oh "it will be there tomorrow I promise". Then when you cancel your Dr. appt and stay home all day and it doesn't show up. Called and they said "I'll make sure it's delivered tomorrow first thing" but it still isn't delivered. I've talked to 6 different people who all promised delivery, I've rescheduled Dr's. appointments 3 times, and all they have to say is...oh I'm so sorry and by the way would you please give me a good rating on the survey. They don't know the meaning of either Good Customer Service or the Truth! If I could give them a minus/negative star rating I would.

Bad service. First of all no live agent to talk. Automated service will hang up. Always delivered my package late

I have been waiting for the parcel to be shipped to me for 2 days now and I hope to get it soon because I have more things to do

Came to house and didn't say a word was standing in driveway. Driver got back in truck and drove away. Could have said I can't find your package

Says package delivered yesterday, yet it is not here..
