Horrible don’t recommend package was on trac heading my way takes the turn and heads half way across the country to be late past 2 days

The tracking was excellent, easy to use.

I have no idea where my package is going or if it’ll ever be delivered

Who knows where my package is! Says delivered but i don't have it. Was really important. Customer service nice but not helpful. Never again

Do not use this company they are totally incompetent my letter was sent from Saltburn to Ireland dublin, arrival 3 max from posting at a cost of £48 I am still waiting 9 days later, they sent it to Paris where It lay for 5 days now is in Shannon southern ireland I have not been able to go to work because of these fools. Please do not use

Poor customer service,they deliver my package to the wrong address today,had to go look for it,hope in the near future if i order something they dont work with this company,poor service

I have not been happy with the last several things delivered by fedex. The package I got today was by far the worst. Not only was it left on the walkway and not on my porch but it is pouring rain so the electronic piece is ruined from sitting in a cardboard box in the rain for about an hour before I could get home to get it. If I had the choice I would never use fedex but unfortunately the company I purchased from chose to use them to deliver my package.

I gave it a one because I can't give it a zero! I mailed this package to someone else in the tracking number keeps bringing it back to my address

Almost always late

I couldn't give less than a star or I would have, I never complained before but this is ridiculous, this is atleast the 3rd time my package is over 3 days late ,after being rite in front of my house and pulling away im assuming the driver was to lazy to bring my 80 lbs package to my door and yes it was verified by fed ex that it was at my address but the driver couldn't give the office lady a reason he didn't deliver my package

The FedEx app is awesome to tracking packages
