My package is sitting in the same place for the last several days. It's been in transit for 26 or 27 days now. And it was supposed to be delivered last Monday, then they changed it to this Saturday,now it says it is on schedule to be delivered Monday. I'm very frustrated. It's sitting in a place called Hutchins TX. From what I heard about this place, it's the kiss of death for packages. It's one of the worst FedEx facilities there is a according to tons of experiences I have read about in the last few days.

Packages never on time and some Delivery drivers to lazy to get out of trucks to take bigger packages to the front doors of homes

Two weeks faster than USPS.

Waiting on a package that was suppose to be delivered yesterday and can't get any info about where it's at .

I paid $41.00 for an overnight delivery of a letter by noon the next day that never happened! The delivery is over 24 hours late! If I didn’t need to have it there there fast I would not have paid $41.88. This was mailed in Florida to go to South Carolina!

I never get my packages in a timely manner,or I get a message saying it will be delivered on a certain day and time and my package is still stuck in another place 2 to 3 states away

Packages are either destroyed or never delivered

The truck pulled up dragged it out of the back of the vehicle in the middle of my driveway and left. Do not knock on my door do not put do not put it at back door left it in plain sight where people could see it or steal it

FedEx ground is so horrible . I am extremely angry Amazon suppliers use them. I stopped shopping at other sites because of FedEx being so unreliable.

What's the point of paying extra to get it here at a certain time, and it arrives late smh

Terrible!! I don’t remember FedEx being this bad. My packages come near my city and then they travel the wrong direction! I’m told it is a different FedEx??? Very frustrating!!!

The quality of service by FEDEX is poor. Unless something is shipped priority over night it is little of no importance to have prompt delivery.

Lost my very important package

Always excellent and accurate.

Company never meets date originally sent to expect package. Several times our package delivered to wrong place. When delivery was multiple boxes, they became separated and delivered a week apart. Plants sent by this carrier spent 10 days on the road and arrived nonviable. Orders sent SmartPost did not transfer to Post office and I could not do a refuse delivery because USPO never handled it and could not do FedEx because it was not their number. I cringe when I see delivery is coming by FedEx.
