Fedex is the worst courier service. I had a parcel due and it was missed as they only deliver weekdays and normal people work, rescheduled it and requested it to be left at a safe place, not sure if people cannot read and again it was unable to be delivered due to noone being able to open the door even thought i requested it to be left at a safe place...what a joke honestly.

FedEx has gotten worse than USPS where at one time they were the best terrible delivery service late most of the time. If I can choose I’d rather use USPS or UPS

Fed ex is the best in my opinion they call they let me no if something went wrong on several occasions if it was broke before they got it here and had to get it replaced they went above and way beyond helping me out just starting a new business and all I can't say thank you enough FedEx team you are the best in this guy's book 100 ? percent thanks again harmony signs Jack Lane Waverly new York

FedX has lost several packages and I have tried to get help. All I know is to forbid my package to be shipped with fedx. Now they have lost a four drawer file cabinet that tracking says was delivered. Maybe it was but not to my business…..

Terrible company, terrible service, super, super crappy delivery drivers. My driver took my package somewhere, opened a claim. FedEx closed my claim no package and no info. Avoid this shipper
