Fed ex was directed to leave my package in the safety of my garage, using the side door. It was left outside, at my front door instead.

I track my package this morning and it said that it was in my hometown did I should have it by 8 p.m. tonight. Then I get home at 6 track it again and now it's in North Carolina and not South Carolina y'all need to make up your mind I've had someone here all day waiting on this package. Do better in the tracking and delivery department.

I was delivered 4 bottles of mr. clean soap and 2 bottles were crushed. The driver put heavy stuff on top of a box that was obviously broken because the bottom box was already leaking Never before have I had this happen I am very disappointed especially with today’s prices.

Never again! My package is late and now I have no outfit for a wedding im attending! ZERO stars if I could. AND I paid the extra $20 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, I've been waiting 3 days!! Never again!

Not very good tried to put a packaging number in that said could not locate called the company the company said I was going through FedEx they need better people to run the place that actually knows what they're doing and not want to be

I went out and accidentally grabbed my husband's keys. I went to fedex on Saturday and they could not overnight them. I paid for a Tuesday delivery, earliest delivery date I could get, and today is Wednesday. They still have not been delivered. Awful customer service.
