Client paid for overnight delivery. Four days later still haven't got package. Customer service out of country would not listen to problem hung up on me. Called back got different individual who finally understood it was expedited package stated package be delivered by 10 today. While talking to her FedEx called and stated packaged delayed again. Stated they would refund expedited portion of bill. Still have to pay for regular delivery. FedEx really cares about Customer service. LOL

I've been waiting 2 days since I was informed of my delivery. The system even said they tried to deliver but the business was closed. Business!!! It's a home address that was given. The second it said another attempt was made to deliver. I then had to call to enquire about my delivery! Imagine waiting for a 3rd day!!! Like wtf!!!! This is one of the largest courier companies in north America !! Get you act together people.

I'll never use FedEx again. The uspostal serve is faster than you, plus the cost. Get some competent employee who are able to read, so the item actually get routed as addressed and arrives at the scheduled day, not 2 days later. I'm very upset, need to get on a flight today, and that without my drivers license. ???
