It's good no problem at all.

Horrible service, lost my package and there's no help!

I sent a package out to calmexico ca its still sitting in Chino ca its only a 3hr drive down from there to calmexico ca it has been there a while there has been no movement from there in a week they seem to have no sense of urgency when it is sent economy aka smart post . I sent it out on the 14 of April and they picked it up on the 16 from the post office in uxbridge ma this was in April here it is may 4 this company WI not get any of my business ever

Have orders at Amazon & Home Depot and none are even close to what FedEx are to delivering my items. The 3 of them need to do a better job of coordination as to anyone's order.

Early this morn my package was on truck out for delivery 830 at night running late

incredible the irresponsibility of this company persecuted a package where there is no copy of what is inside the package

FedEx delivery people can't seem to find my address anymore. I've had several packages in the last few weeks that say delivered but I had nothing. Apparently the delivery people have been randomly leaving my packages around the neighborhood, as I've had a few good Samaritans decide to bring me the boxes that were left at their door.

Package late was supposed to be here Monday

It would be nice if someone knocked on my door considering my package is supposed to stay cold and is a bright silver package which every junkie knows that there's medicine in there just a thought with controlled substances I think it'd be a good idea for your company to knock on people's doors I have been home every time one has been delivered and watch them go straight to the truck thank you for the excellent service LOL

Very poor service will never use again

Package arrived in my hometown then was immediately off to Tennessee and is currently, according to tracking, in Canada. Makes no sense that it lest it's destination town and is now in a foreign country.

I’ve been sitting down here at my apartment building for 2.5 hours and see three trucks pass me up completely. Why can the FedEx depot not load trucks so that they stop at buildings that they have to pass in order to get to the next stop? This is ridiculous!!!?????
