Horrible.. NO UPDATES ??? WHERE IS MY STUFF WTF??

My return package travel from PA to Illinois to Texas and was back in PA that thing has travel more then I have in a life time and it still hasn't reached its destination. WTH.

I ordered an item and it was shipped on April 19th. It is now May 3rd. 14 days later and I still do not have my package. It says it is in transit. This is ridiculous to wait over 2 weeks for 1 package that has already been shipped 14 days ago.

If I could give less than one star I would. No updates, no explanation, just nothing. I'm just glad I didn't opt for the more expensive shipping.

I wish FedEx had a real customer service where you can talk to someone. My parcel wasn't delivered yesterday and it would have taken a quick phone call and I would have been there within 5 minutes.

Very helpful when I called to query an item. Canada post was useless as they said it was delivered to a random town, without having their online tracker say it was to the FedEx office. Thank you FedEx

Been waiting 10 days for a package to arrive from California to Indiana I could have hitchhiked and gotten it here faster

I think that your smart post aka economy is not worth the price the customer has paid to have a return sent to there warehouse. . the package has been sitting for at least a week in Chino caand its going to calmexicowhich is only a 3 hr drive down the road from there

Package was supposed to be delivered Saturday and now 4 days later still nothing! Worst delivery company to have to deal with.

I ordered a package that has been in Indianapolis Indiana since April 14th, just stating pending. I live less than 3 hours from the fedex hub it is at. Fedex says I just have to wait. Fedex has went from the best to the worst. I have another package being shipped from delaware Ohio, I again live 3 hours from there, and its still sitting. It was to be delivered yesterday. Total waste to pay for any form of expedited shipping given it takes them WEEKS to deliver anything, and when they do, they toss things onto porches or drop it in the driveway, leaving it for any elements to get to.
