Appalling service,delivery should have been on Friday, now following Tuesday, package still in Sofia, personal package, like a mobile phone but much bigger should never be held at custom,s, just money grabbing

The package I ordered was not delivered to the correct address. Now having to order another pool pump because fed ex drivers apparently can't read the address.

My package stayed in one place for 2 days. Then they moved the expected delivery date 2 more days.

your so slow its pidiful.that its taken so long for a smart post package picked up on the 16th of April is still not at its ca destination and it is now the 2nd of May your site said it would be delivered on the 28th of April its now the second of may and it still has not arrived.

Where’s my package? Don’t ever express anything because they are not going to Express nothing.

Actually zero stars. Paid express. I wasn’t home to sign supposed to redeliver by 8. Hasn’t showed up. Going sleep now and not using fedex again.
