Placed an order with Chewy FedEx tracking says it was delivered but guess what, that's right no package. Don't blame on porch pirates I was home all day would have seen if it was delivered. And don't say wrong address on shipping label or home doesn't have address properly displayed because I have had packages deliver here before. So if FedEx checks this tracking number is 580441359745 says delivered on 5/01 at 10:28

All I got to say is GO UPS...FedEx is uncaring, lazy and never on time.

The worst company ever. They never deliver on time, won't tell you why your package is delayed, and they overall just DO NOT care about their customers, or whether they get their stuff on time or not! I will never use them again! UPS is the best, always on time, and working late if necessary. FedEx could care less. Even after several phone calls, and promises to deliver, the package has still not be delivered!

Never on time! Always late! If they tell you a day, you can count on it being two days after that. Following it online on the truck? You will watch it, pass your house by and go miles beyond. Then you will get a notice later that says it's coming tomorrow instead. Worst delivery service ever. Used to be good, no more.

my package was sent from the east coast with a delivery date of april 29th. since that date it has been in kent, wa with no updates showing any movement or projected date of arrival in sandy, or. this is unacceptable. usps and ups do a far better job of delivery in a timely manner.

Package was supppsed to be here on the 27th and it’s May 2 and I still don’t have it….Amazon, UPS, and other delivery services are better

Slowest shipping service available!!! Packages arrive dirty as if they've been drug down a gravel road!!! Drivers leave packages in the rain

I fought my way thru your automated system 3 or 4 times and then all they could do was send messages. It seems you can't call the local FedEx station all they can do is send messages. I had a medical emergency and needed my medical package ASAP
