Order 4 packages all 4 arrived at Gulfport location 3 were delivered to my residence 4th package said tried to deliver but no one there to receive FEDEX is a garbage company and still haven’t received 4th package

I will give them 3.5 stars ONLY BECAUSE THEY DELIVERED IT A DAY EARLY.. BUT IN RETROSPECT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE ON THE 29TH OF APRIL.

Delivery was for 4/28... every day they say delivery attempted but location closed and it gets pushed out, but they have NOT attempted a delivery!! Finally got through to customer service and they submitted an incident ticket. Still don't have my delivery!!! Not happy at all!!!

FedEx can't change my delivery date or time. I missed my package twice already because I'm at work at the time you guys deliver.

Every time i unfortunately find out a package has shipped with fed ex its either delivered to the wrong address or never shows up. The processes to either get reimbursed for a misdelivered package or tracking it down myself is a nightmare. Frankly if i was given options of a service to deliver my package fed ex would not be a choice.

A package that was picked up on April 1st has not been delivered as of today May 1st. It is showing as in transit. There was a deadline for returns and it has exceeded the timeframe. Not a reliable service. I have advised the merchant that FedEx is not reliable and am awaiting my refund. They need to select another courier.
